--> Extract from the book. The Author Wolfgang Kunze, born in , was a qualified brewer and studied brewing engineering at the VLB Berlin. He was a teacher and head of the Dresden Brewing School and introduced generations of brewers and maltsters to the art of beer brewing for 38 years. These seminars will be held after the Experimental Brewing Seminar and before the Commercial Tasting begins. The first will be at am, and the second at pm.
